Galanthus Nivalis ''Flore Pleno''group: Rockery and Border Bulbs
For many gardeners Flore Pleno herald the end of winter. They are extraordinarily hardy and can be depended on to flower very early whatever the weather - the colder and gloomier it is, the longer the blooms last, but in a sunny warm season they are comparatively fleeting, so always plant in light shade.
'Flore Pleno' is a robust, vigorous variety with double, white flowers. The Royal Horticultural Society has recognised it as a plant of outstanding excellence by giving it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
